Nolen Milton, Wildcat's 3rd Baseman/Pitcher, became the second member of the 2015 Class to make his college selection when signing a National Letter of Intent on December 3, 2014 to attend Union University.
“This will be a great opportunity for me,” Milton said. “I’ll get a chance to prove myself and try to take my game to the next level. That’s always been a dream of mine and I want to take advantage of that.”
Union, a four year institution located in Jackson, TN, has signed their second Wildcat in as many years. Nolen will be joining former teammate Brady Cook and both will be working hard to enter the Bulldog starting lineup early in their college careers.
“I read a tweet the other day that said if you took 100 high school athletes, 94 of them would not go on to play college ball,” Clarksville baseball coach Brian Hetland said. “That’s something to think about. And it means something when you have a kid like Nolen who has worked his tail off to get to this point.”
Nolen is the son of Tim and Tina Milton.
