Brady Cook (SR, OF/P) signed a National Letter of Intent to play baseball for Union University during a signing ceremony held on December 2, 2013 at Clarksville High School.
“It’s a blessing,” Cook said. “There’s a lot of people that deserve thanks, from my parents, family, and friends to my coaches and teammates, but most of all I have to thank God because he gave me the ability to play baseball a little bit and I’ll get a chance to play college ball, and that’s exciting.”
Union University (Jackson, TN) has recently completed a transition from into NCAA Division II and the Gulf South Conference.
“He’s a competitive kid" Clarksville High baseball coach Brian Hetland said. “I’ve coached him since he was with our Orioles organization at the age of nine. It’s a great opportunity for him, and he’s going to a great academic and athletic environment with a very high brand of baseball.”
Brady is the son of Mark & Stephani Cook. Brady has a sister (Marklee) who is a sophomore at CHS.
